We know you’re excited to receive your gear and we’re stoked to get your gear out to you! Orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time typically ship the same business day. If you place your order after 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, it’ll go out the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a recognized holiday will ship the next business day from receiving it. Expedited orders are guaranteed to ship by the next business day.
UPS Ground shipping and Economy shipping time frames are only estimates. In a perfect world, we would snap our fingers and have the product appear on your doorstep. While we are trying to make that a reality, transit times are currently out of our hands once your gear leaves our fulfillment centers and we cannot guarantee the time frames of these shipping methods.

To ensure your package is delivered to you safe and sound, we at BlueZone Sports reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery for any order. All orders over $250.00 will require your signature upon arrival. Please make sure to check your tracking status so you know when your order is expected to arrive.
We understand that many adventurers outside of the U.S. want a taste of the BlueZone, unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship packages internationally.
Some people outside of the U.S. may use a package forwarder to get their gear abroad. Please be aware that BlueZone Sports and BlueZone Sports’ partners and vendors cannot be held liable for damage or costs that may occur after the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
We want to make sure you get your gear in time for your family adventure to the BlueZone but there are some times of the year where we need to give our hard-working UPS and USPS workers an extra day or two. We stand behind our product and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return new, unused items purchased from BlueZoneSports.com for a refund up to 60 days following the date of purchase.
Returned merchandise must be sent back in original and unused condition. All items must be free of any dirt, hair, fur, or other debris. Make sure to try on all footwear on a clean carpeted surface to avoid any dirt, hair, wool, or other debris. If merchandise is not in re-sellable and unused condition, it may result in a restocking fee of 15% or more. Don’t worry, this is pretty rare, and it is a last resort on our end.
Ship your return: For domestic returns, we offer flat rate UPS shipping labels.
For customers who have purchased items from BlueZone Sports through the Amazon Marketplace, it is necessary to sign into your Amazon account and request a return through the Amazon.com system.
To request a return through the Amazon.com system, go to “Your Account” on Amazon.com, click “Your Orders” and then click the “seller profile” link for your order to get information about the return and refund policies that apply.
PACKAGING YOUR RETURNS
Make sure to package the merchandise you are returning correctly. Do not place tape on the original shoe box when returning shoes. Shoes must be shipped in either an appropriate mailing bag or box, or your order may result in a restocking fee of 15% or more. Merchandise must be in exact original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged retail packaging will result in a denial of return. Feel free to re-use the original shipping materials to package your merchandise correctly and to help reduce waste.
We will initiate your refund within one business day after your return arrives at our distribution center. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your payment method from the time we initiate your refund for the funds to appear in your account.
Sometimes you need to exchange a product for something else—it happens. The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund (minus any initial shipping costs) for your item once we receive the return.
