What items ship for free?

If your order total is $50 or more, you qualify for free shipping. Large or heavy items such as bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks may not qualify for our free shipping offer, or may have additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING

We can only ship to the U.S. (lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

We know you’re excited to receive your gear and we’re stoked to get your gear out to you! Orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time typically ship the same business day. If you place your order after 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, it’ll go out the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a recognized holiday will ship the next business day from receiving it. Expedited orders are guaranteed to ship by the next business day.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

UPS Ground shipping and Economy shipping time frames are only estimates. In a perfect world, we would snap our fingers and have the product appear on your doorstep. While we are trying to make that a reality, transit times are currently out of our hands once your gear leaves our fulfillment centers and we cannot guarantee the time frames of these shipping methods.

Please note that if you are cancelling an order that has already left our fulfillment center, a $17 package redirect fee may be subtracted from your refund.

SIGNATURES

To ensure your package is delivered to you safe and sound, we at BlueZone Sports reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery for any order. All orders over $250.00 will require your signature upon arrival. Please make sure to check your tracking status so you know when your order is expected to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We understand that many adventurers outside of the U.S. want a taste of the BlueZone, unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship packages internationally.

PACKAGE FORWARDERS

Some people outside of the U.S. may use a package forwarder to get their gear abroad. Please be aware that BlueZone Sports and BlueZone Sports’ partners and vendors cannot be held liable for damage or costs that may occur after the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

HOLIDAYS

We want to make sure you get your gear in time for your family adventure to the BlueZone but there are some times of the year where we need to give our hard-working UPS and USPS workers an extra day or two. Please give your package a few extra days to arrive if you’ve ordered something around one of these dates:

 

IN STORE PICKUP

Did you know we now offer In Store Pickup? Now you do! You can order your gear online and choose to have it ready for pick up at any of our locations in South Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Carson City, Roseville, or Reno. If you choose store pick up for your order, your order will be available as soon as possible; typically between 48-72 hours. Looking for same day pick up?
