My husband & I had a great experience renting e bikes from BlueZone Sports! David made sure the bikes were working correctly before we ventured out! David's customer service was outstanding! Gave us some good advice on what trails to take and took his time to go over the bike, so we understood how to use it! I would highly recommend renting bikes from BlueZone Sports.

Really liked the attentive service for bike rental. They helped us think through the plan to ride bikes when the weather forecast was a little uncertain-made sure we were prepared for the possibility of rain and cool temperatures. Worked through adjusting the seat height to the appropriate level before departing. Standard bikes were just right for the Truckee River path (which is quite level), and the half day rates were a great value. Helpful, friendly service and great value!
