We stand behind our product and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return new, unused items purchased from BlueZoneSports.com for a refund up to 60 days following the date of purchase.
CONDITION
Returned merchandise must be sent back in new and unused condition. All items must be returned exactly as received, including (but not limited to):
- Original manufacturer packaging
- Tags and documentation
- Any included accessories
All items must be free of dirt, hair, fur, odors, or other debris.
Footwear: Please try on footwear indoors on a clean, carpeted surface only. Items showing signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
If merchandise is not returned in new and unused condition, a restocking fee may apply. This is rare and used only as a last resort.

Once you receive your UPS Ground return shipping label, print it, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any UPS store.

- Returns From Outside the Contiguous U.S.:
Return shipping labels and flat-rate return fees only apply to returns originating within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Returns shipped from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. territory are not eligible for prepaid return labels or flat-rate return shipping.
- Returns From Outside the U.S.:
If you live outside of the contiguous United States, you may ship your return using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

PURCHASES MADE ON AMAZON.COM
For items purchased through the Amazon Marketplace, returns must be initiated through your Amazon account.
Go to Your Account → Your Orders → Seller Profile to view return instructions and policies specific to your order.
PACKAGING YOUR RETURNS
- All merchandise must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Use a proper shipping box or pouch. Do not ship items loose.
- Shoes, ski boots, and snowboard boots must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box. Do not tape directly on the box.
Damaged retail packaging may result in a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please reuse original shipping materials when possible to help reduce waste.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, note this in your return request or contact Customer Service immediately.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be initiated within 2 business days after your return arrives to our distribution center. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If the original payment is no longer available, we will issue your refund in the form of a BlueZone Sports eGift Card for the refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Depending on your banking institution, please allow 5-14 business days for your refund to reflect on your credit/debit card.
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
In-store purchases can be returned to any of our BlueZone Sports locations. With a receipt, you may return new, unused items in-store for a refund up to 30 days following the date of purchase. All items must be in the original retail condition, including but not limited to manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories where applicable. All items must be free of any dirt, hair, fur, or other debris. For footwear, please make sure to try on all footwear on a clean carpeted surface to avoid any dirt, hair, wool, or other debris.
Used items with receipt and tags can be returned within 10 days for store credit only.
FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE
Unfortunately, there are times where we cannot return your item. Please see below for a list of items that are final sale and non-returnable.
- Underwear/Bathing Suits/Personal Care Items: Cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns
- Camping Fuel
- Backpacking Food
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you feel that any item you have received is defective, please contact our customer service department for assistance on your item’s warranty.
